***An a la carte menu of Lupulo dishes will also be available for guests who do not wish to order the prix-fixe

First CoursE (choice of)

Shigoku oysters (4 pc) served on the half shell
smoked char caviar, cucumber and shiso

Red Snapper Cru
Served raw, coconut milk and kaffir lime broth, benne seeds

Salt Cod Pataniscas
Crispy fritters of house-cured cod with smoked paprika mayo

Second Course (CHOICE OF)

Portuguese fish stew, potatoes, fennel, carrot, garlic and coriander

Arroz de Camarao
Mediterranean shrimp rice, sofrito, cilantro and lime

Duck Breast cooked over the wood fire
Duck legs confit with farro, pickled pear and Brussels sprouts leaves
